I would go with tinned foods. I read some feedback the other day on the web by a lady whose two cats were on Wellness Core dry and kept getting UTI recurringly - a great pity because apart from that it looks like a good food.
I'd go with Wellness tinned, or EVO. My cats have recently moved to EVO, and it really is great - I give them one small meal of the dry food and one amall meal of the wet food a day, with some cooked chicken in-between - and apart from the EVO, the chicken seems to do them the world of good. Susan made a really good suggestion about going raw, even if you just include some into their daily food, it's far better than what you'll find in a packet or tin. You'll see the difference to their coat and energy levels. |
