keep her? I live in Montgomery County, PA. I found a stray cat and would like to keep her but I don't have the $$ to pay a vet just to check her out. I have cats of my own so I can't risk putting them together. Are there any free services out there to help me?

One way or another, you will have to pay for an examination and blood tests to be sure she has no communicable diseases that your other cats could catch.

As to her being a stray. Are you sure she doesn't have a home nearby?

She may be someone's pet who is allowed to roam outside part of the time. Make sure she is actually a stray before you take her in.
