I have two stray mutt cats that i would like to atleast have some kind of certificate or something cause i love e'm alot
They are allready sprayed and are real healthy so i really don't have to worry about that.Plus they allready even have nametags.hehe.Plus they sleep at night in a big cage mom got them to sleep at night.

if you really love them take them to get fixed.... two stray cats can exponentially produce 420,000 cats over a 7 year span......

A certificate? If you want something to prove their ownership you should get them microchipped. Your vet can do that for you. Also check with the town you live in. Cats may be required to have a license.
