free or low rehoming fee? Other than craigslist where should I look? How much do shelters normally charge?
Not everyone is as much as an idiot as you guys like to assume. It's a preference because I know it might not happen and I realize there are other costs. Who doesn't like to save a little money though?

What you prefer & what you will find are two different things. We don't always get what we want. If you can't afford an adoption fee you won't be able to afford its up keep.

All the puppy shots, food, toys, leash, collar, spay or neuter, all will run you a couple of hundred right off the bat & the spay or neuter will run several hundred.

You don't need a dog if you can't afford to adopt one cause that is only nominal compared to what all will be necessary in the months to come.
