...& WANT ME OUT/PULLNG THE PET CLS? the landlord filed bankruptcy and want to take possession of their home I am renting, they now are pulling the no pet card, though they were aware of dog on initial move in and multiple visits from the landlord, but it was never added to the lease.

Let the landlord take you to court for the violation. All you need to do is prove that the landlord knew and agreed to you having a pet.

BTW...Any verbal agreement/understanding you had with the landlord will not hold up against what is written in black and white on a signed lease agreement.
