I was just wondering why a dog exspecially a pitbull would let a cat do it?

My girlfriend is a veterinarian and she said that her co worker's dog tries to mount her cat. And the cat lets it happen. So its not unheard of.

Funny! I haven't seen a grown cat nurse on a dog like that.

When my cat was a little kitten, he tried several times to nurse on my German Shepherd mix. It scared the poor dog, and she would whine and look to me to rescue her. ;-)

When I was a kid, my brother brought home a tiny orphaned kitten. We had a yellow Lab who had just had a litter, and she adopted the kitten and let him nurse right along with the puppies.
