What do i give a dog thats scratches and chews herself raw?

I have a cocker spaniel king charles spaniel mixed and she chews herself and she crawls on the floor and rubs the hair off her stomach tail and legs. she wears a helmet we've given her medicine,taking her to the vet and they said she has allergies. We need to know what to give her because she starts to stink really ba when she does that and its just sad to see a dog in that bad of shape.
