I adopted a 1 year old cat from my county's animal shelter. I was very happy, with the fact that I adopted an "older cat" since everyone else is probably getting kittens.
But my new cat Winnie, has been peeing everywhere. I know for a fact she knows where her litter box is but she chooses to pee in my bed, on the kitchen floor, and everywhere else.
The other night I was in my bed watching TV and Winnie jumps on the bed, and begins to pee!
The animal shelter has a "30 Day Exchange Program" but I absolutely do NOT want to go there... any advice??
