I normally give them a bath every two weeks or so and grooming every 3 or so months.
I have rottweilers, so by grooming, I mean bath, brush teeth, nails, etc.

You shouldn't bathe Rottweilers so often. Every 3 months would be plenty. Nails should be weekly. Teeth brushing daily, etc.

I groom my lab retiver guide dog (brushing coat hair, and teeth) every day. Even check her paws, toes, skin condtion, eyes, ears every day, and I enjoy it and my dog loves it too :) her nails are kept trimmed from plenty of walks I mean, I take her everywhere i go. I bath my dog ever monthly, she gets frontline, rewormed every 3 months, so she is in perfect condition.

Bath should only be once a month. Any more and you start stripping the natural oils and messing up the coat and skin.

Grooming (nails & teeth) should be done twice a month. Brushing should be done every other day to reduce shedding and get rid of dead undercoat.

They should have their teeth brushed daily. It'll prevent build up MUCH easier. Nails should be as neccesary, and once a month is even a bit much for bath time, since shampoo can be a bit harsh. Brushing should be a kind of as needed.

IMO, you're bathing them way too often. Smooth coated dogs like rotties don't need baths more than absolutely necessary - every 6 weeks would be too often. Teeth should be brushed daily if they don't get raw knuckle of femur bones. How often nails need clipping depends on how fast they grow and whether or not the dogs wear them down walking. My dogs get trimmed every week to 10 days.
