such as mice,hamsters,gerbils,guinea pigs,rabbits,(I know they are not rodents but...).
i was just kinda wondering

No state that i know of have limits or regulations on these particular animals. When you sell them, you need to check with a local pet store, they will be very aware of the local statutes.

Ali sounds like a real genius! Someone who thinks you're actually meaning to breed rodents w/ fish.. wow :-\

I've never heard of a permit in my area, but it depends on where you're living I guess. I don't think you're going to make much money off of it because there are so many rodents for sale now in pet stores and online..

Depends on your area. I've never heard of needing a permit. But why breed them? You're not going to make much money off of them (unless you can breed saltwater fish, but even still that's supposedly hard to do...and expensive). There are also way too many guinea pigs/rabbits/hamsters/mice/etc. as there is. Just look at the pet stores. Most of the time there are adult animals there that haven't gotten a home yet.
