I found a bird, it looks like it is young but it isn't a baby (it still has some down feathers) It was perching on a post by my apartment and I walked right up to it and touched its toe so obviously it is hurt. I see no visible injuries, it did try to fly away a minute later and smacked into a wall. It is on the ground outside by my wall now. What should I do?
