i was in the central ohio area and i seen a bird ive never seen before (im from the midwest) it was bigger than a sparrow, but smaller than a morning dove, it had long legs for a bird it seemed like, and a black and white striped head, only the head though. and instead of hopping along like most birds do, it RAN, quick too! and its head didnt move forward or backward when it walked like some birds do as well...any help?
