...months meows throughout the night? She no longer cleans her fur and has just recently started pooping on the carpet (still uses her box also) she does puke almost daily but she still purs and loves to lay on our laps and wants to be picked up. She is constantly wanting to eat, she has hard cat food always out and we give her small amounts of soft cat food throughout the day.
Do you think she could have something medically wrong that could be taken care of or is it time to think about putting her down?
We have not taken her to the vet since she was fairly young, she always freaked out in the car and we know that if we were to take her to the vet she would probably die on the way there from stress!
We are going to be calling vets but wanted some opinions on here as well.

UPDATE: THANK YOU FOR THE RESPONSES, WE FOUND A VET THAT DOES HOUSE CALLS AND WILL GO FROM THERE
