I adopted a dog from a local vet. The dog wandered on my sister's ranch. He was in pathetic shape and weighed 35lbs. He is a large
collie now weighing 54lbs. He is obvisoulsy very well trained but has
been severely abused. I would like to find out where he is registerd and find out the original owners. The original owners apparently gave him to two young boys, and I do not know what happend after that until I adopted him. he has a registered name it is Toby MClendon, he was adopted in Jackson, MS but we live in WA state. Any help would be great. I have searched the internet but all I find is people wanting one to register.
