I am looking to get a bird, but I am not sure which one is best for me. I want a bird that maybe talks a little, but not a lot. I want a colorful one, and one that behaves good. Depending on which bird you think is right for me, could you tell me if either a male or female would be best. Thanks, and any answers will help.
