I have a brother and sister cat, they are 5 and half months old. They have always played together, but today the male has started licking his sisters private parts and biting her neck, could this be sign he wants to mate with her? Obviously I don't want them to mate with each other and I am getting them spayed and neutered on wednesday thankfully!! Thanks for your answers.
To Jen the Cat captain - I only didn't get them done sooner because when I took them to vet for their vaccines he said the boy can be done at just over 5 months but the girl will have to wait til 6 months..I phoned to double check the other day and they now said it would be fine for them both to be done now! Good job I phoned!
