Ok so there is a neighbor down the street who has had several different kinds of dogs in the past few months. He looks like bad news to me... fights with people in the streets, let's his dogs run loose, cops constantly around his house.... he doesn't work.. I think he is a drug dealer or somethin.. but anyways.. I can't physically avoid walking by his house so I've noticed that he is always havin different dogs for sale. First he had pit bull puppies - he had a male pit tied up on a chain all the time and he let the female mom run loose ... she actually tried to attack my dog once.. and then they disappeared after they sold all the puppies. Next they had a chihuahua, he ran loose and haven't seen him since. Now they have a Shih Tzu that they have posted a sign for sale for $200.. they always let that run loose too and it follows my dog. Is there anything I can report them for? They always call the shih tzu back if they see it following me but it seems like they're stealing dogs and selling them or something. BTW I'm not trying to profile someone but I live in a rough area and it's pretty obvious......
oh and they had a big cage full of black puppies for one day outside for sale and then I never saw them again. that was last weekend.
