My shih tzu just got cut and his hair is super short. Ever since he got home he has been chasing his tail a lot more and going for his back legs a lot more. He has always been sensitive when you pet him by his tail. Also when i took him for a walk(he loves walks), he would walk a few steps in front of me then sit in the middle of the street then when i got passed him he would walk a little more in front of me then sit again and so on. I couldn't see any visible cuts or anything from the groomer so idk what is wrong with him. Any ideas??
