My wife and I are taking my daughter on a short 3 day vacation in July. I have 2 adult cats and don't want to put them in a kennel for obvious reasons. We have a family member that might be able to watch them but I don't know for sure.
I want to make sure they are fed properly and the litter is cleaned. Plus, my one tabby is very shy and he gets stressed very easily with new people. Anything strange freaks him out and he gets sick and vomits. His is fine with the family.
How can I find someone that I can trust to give my house key to? I live in Las Vegas and I see tons of advertisements for pet sitters but we have a lot of thieves out here. Any ideas?
