Our cat is about 2 years old, we got him when he was 5 months old. Was fixed when he was around 7 months old. Indoor cat.
Since theres no other animals in the house, he's our baby. About 6 months ago we brought home this little stuffed monkey which we thought was HILARIOUS because he started carrying it around in his mouth and hump!ng it like no tomorrow makes all the weird cat moaning noises. We call it his girlfriend
Problem is, now he wont STOP licking his junk. Honestly, if hes not eating sleeping or poop!ng, his face is in his crotch giving himself pleasure. Its really starting to annoy us frankly its disgusting that he does it ALL the time.
If we take the monkey away, he roams the house calling for it proceeds to lick himself even MORE, if possible!
What can i do to get him to stop doing it so much, hes going to wind up getting a rash down there or something
i need REAL answers please, this is seriously an issue.
he probably doesnt have an infection hes not red or discharge or rashy.. looks normal like it always has and hes not peeing anywhere else besides his litterbox and not eating or drinking abnormally
