My cat, Smokey, Whom I love VERY much is dying. He's been in my life for a while, 11 years, and he means the world to me. I know he's old, but still, I want to find out what is wrong with him. I can't take him to the vet, so please don't suggest. I do not have money to do so, The vet is very expensive and I've already begged my parents. They did say they would get him put down, but that's it.
Okay, These are the symptoms:
About 3 weeks ago we noticed a little spot on his ribcage, it looked like he was shot by a bb gun or something. Then it got infected, or so it seemed. This green puss with white little particles in it would just shoot out. I didn't think much of it so just got parozide and boiled it out with it.. It seemed to get better for a week but he just got worse. Now he's getting little scabs on him and they will just up with that disgusting crap smelling puss. His skin seems to just be falling off, he can barely walk.. and I'm scared. I know he will die from this, but I want to know what it is and just how much longer he has.
I took these pictures of him today/tonight. (Be aware, they're pretty awful.)

For everyone who helped me last night, thank you. It gave me hope. I called my parents immedantly and they said they would have took him to the vet. This morning I went to check up on him and he had shallow breathing and a slow heart, 3 hours later he died. If I would have found a way I to take him to the vet before, this wouldnt have ever happened, I wouldn't of had to watch him die and wrap him up in a blanket and put him in a trash bag.. I wouldn't be crying right now. I'm sorry everyone.. I'm sorry that I was a bad owner.. I was cruel!
