What kind of training is required for a commercial pilot to shoot a CAT III ILS

approach? To my knowledge, not all commercial pilots are capable/eligible to shoot a CAT III A/B/C ILS approach unless they are rated/trained or trained to do so. What kind of an add-on training is it?

What kind of ground air navigation aids are used to enable a CAT III facility at an airport?
