How to train an attack cat?

Ok before someone says this is animal abuse or something, its not. How do I train my cat to attack ppl, kind of like how a police dog is trained to attack a criminal. For example if a hamburgler breaks into my home how do i make sure my cat attacks her. I am allergic to dogs but want some protection for my home, so how do i do this? I will only use attack cat for self defense purposes.
