Where can I find a dog photo frame that holds a collar?

I've seen them before, but I can't remember where. My 15 week old puppy just grew out of his first collar. I've seen these dog photo frames before that hold the picture and also have a little spot for the collar to be hung next to it or framed in with it. Does anyone know where I can find one of those frames?

I guess I could make one, but I would rather just buy it.

What you need is a shadow box frame. It is deeper that regular frames and If you go to a craft store like Michaels they will have them.
