cats lost a small patch of hair right below eye please help?

my cats around 9 or 10 and shes been getting boogies in her eyes so i take a warm rag and wipe them off , so a couple of mins ago i thought she had a paleish white dried on boogie which she had before ( a long time ago) and all it took to get off was a nearly hot rag ( she doesn't get boogies alot so i think she has a cat cold). But when i took the cloth to it , it wouldn't come off so i rubbed it alittle and realized she lost a patch of hair maybe the size of 2 ants crawled up together ( very small but noticeable) will it grow back , please help
ps. my cats hair is like it always is , no flakes no dryness nothing . sjes never had a bald spot before / but ive had a cat thats tail balded in the summer cuz of heat and my cat dutchess isnt like that
SHE IS NOT A OUT SIDE CAT , NEVER WILL MY BOMBAY BABY BE A FERAL JUNKYARD CAT that might get ran over by a car
i think because shes had some boogs lately and because ive be washing her face wish hot / warm water her hair fell out if i wipe every 2 weeks instead of everytime shes has one i think shes be fine but thanks

I don't know, but my dogs have this disease called mange. It makes them lose some hair in patches all over their bodies. If the hair loss gets out of hand, and literally in patches the size of rats. you need a prescription for your cat. This could spread to other cats and if it doesn't it can spread to YOU or anyone in your house or any human really. Be careful and hopefully your cat gets through it. But then again it's probably nothing.
