Help needed to start a DOG rescue group :)?

HI guys, i think i have already asked about this, I dont know but i was just wondering how much it would cost what skills and how much time would i need to spend on the rescue dog(s) in my own home, I am thinking on buying a big house with a big back/yard. ( i am fairly rich). thanks i would do anything to help dogs that have been beaten up or bad things happen to them, thanks.

You might want to contact local rescue groups and opt to foster for a while. I'm sure local groups would love the help!
