my uncle has a REALY big feral cat problem. i need to find a place not to far from where he lives that will do free spay /nuter for feral cats. is there a website i can goto where i can type in the zip code and it will find a place that douse this? this is VERY important.

Call your local animal shelter or vets. They would be able to give you that information.

Right, phone your shelter and ask if they have a TNR program, or even call Animal Control and ask, they'll know who in the area is doing it (it may even be them).

Standard TNR is you bring the cat in early in the morning--they give the cat an exam, neuter/spay them, microchip them, de-flea, de-worm, vaccinate, ear tip the cat on usually the left ear, and then release the cat to you before 5pm. You take them home, hold them in a room overnight to make sure the anesthetic wears off, and then release them. They don't do 'house pets' though, this is for ferals and strays only.

Our shelter does it for free. Some places charge $20. It does vary.
