just wondering if anyone has been ripped off trying to buy a teacup maltese pup, i got ripped off last year for al ot of money and we are having trouble trying to track them down.

i didnt want that breed of pup as it was the lastest fad,
and it was through moneygram,
i really was not fussed whether it was a runt or anything, i dont think it should matter, whether they are pedigree, kc reg, or anything, a dog is a dog and i love them all the same, ive now got 3 papillons, they are the loves of my life,
but just trying to find anymore info to try and stop this happening to other people
