I had a bunch of flies breed in my guinea pig's cage last night and now there are about 30 flies stuck in my room.
I cleaned my guinea pig's cage just now with new bedding and food, so there are no more flies living in there.
How can I get rid of all the flies fast without harming my guinea pigs?
Oh and the flies are landing on everything and pooping on it all. It is completely NASTY.
Please help they are so gross...I'll definitly get fly paper tomorrow but is there anything I can do right now?
YOU HAVE A HORRIBLE CASE!
Maybe... you can move the cage to another room for a few days while you use some insect repellent.
I live out in the country where there are some huge flies and they will get into your home no matter how hard you try. But I cannot use chemicals either due to my pets.
I use fly paper and a fly swat I see maybe 2 flies every now and then
flystrips work amazing they come inlike this little 1-2" tube and u hang them theyre sticky and will catch all the flies
Sticky fly catchers. They work. keep the cage clean or flies will continue to lay eggs. Or take the time to fly swat them all
A good effective way if you also want a work out is a fly swatter.
