I have a new kitten (stray) and I found out she has tapeworms (taking her to the vet tomorrow) however, she has been drinking out of my dog's water bowl and sometimes catch them eating eachother's wet food?

Animals get tapeworms by ingesting fleas. So no they can't be directly transmitted via water/food bowls.

Other internal parasites are infectious via the fecal/oral route. So they too wouldn't be spread via food/water dishes.
