Hello all, my first time here

I have 3 cats and they just turned one. One of them was just diagnosed with FLV. They are indoor csats and never have gone outdoors. Their mother does not have this. They also got their shots including for FLV last January. How woul dhe contacted this? He is also anemic and getting a transfusion tomorrow. Is there any cure, even experimental for this? Her has been with us eveyday and is a member of our family. Short of causing him pain, I would try anything to save him. I have had many cats and he is teh gentleset one I have ever seen. I appreciate any input you have or links to any additional information on teh cause (in this particular situation) and any possibel (even if low %) treatments.
