Will my dog's eyes change?

So I have this very cute little 7 week old puppy. He was one of those puppies that the owner tries to dump on anyone walking by. My family rescues animals all the time and I just fell in love with him and decided to keep him. The man doing the dumping told me that he is a husky/ pit bull mix.
He's black and white with one hazel green eye and his other eye is two-toned, the top half is blue and the bottom half is the hazel green. I'm more curious than anything but do you think his eyes will change, will that one become more blue, more green or just stay the same. I have heard of the eyes changing after a few months like human babies... any thoughts?
