i no there is a breed but dnt member the name, also what types of dogs are good for cat lovers even big dogs to and somthing with energy still cuddly

Persians are the long-haired ones with the flat faces
Siamese - complete opposite
You can also get American shorthairs, domestic shorthairs and longhairs, American wirehairs, and more in that colour, but you're probably thinking of persian or siamese.
(by the way, some cats that have these features are deaf. Also, white cats with one blue eye and one brown/green/yellow eye are sometimes deaf in the ear on the side of the blue eye)
