Default My cats brought in a baby bird and a bat.?

My cats were meowing outside, so I decided to check it out. there was a bird laying on the floor. I picked it up, and put it in a bowl with a towle. it's in my lap right now. I woke up my dad, who said it was a baby, even though it has feathers. It looks like it's panting, and when I tried to pick it up, it looked like it's left wing was torn off. It s it's mouth when I get my face too close to it, which I'm thinking that it's hungry.

Then the bat. I decided I would look outside to look for more baby birds that they might have hurt, even though it's like 11:20. I found them looking at a bat. I thought it was a baby, but my dad said it was an adult. It was.. clicking at me, but didn't bite me. It's in a tea jug right now, with the top slightly for air. The only thing I see on it, is a hole in it's wing. It isn't moving right now, but I know it's alive. My dad said the bat most likely will die.

I just wanna know what to do, and what might happen. Thanks.
My cats have their shots, and I didn't touch the bat. It didn't bite me. But it curled up in a little ball, and I moved the jug to see if it's still alive, and it clicked at me, then curled back into a ball.
Kay, I looked in my phone book, and I couldn't find animal control, which my friend and many others told me to call. I called the humane society, who gave me a number for animal control, who gave me a number for after hours wild life. Now, I'm a very shy person, and calling the humane society was a huge step for me. The number AC gave me isn't right, and I would call them again, but am too shy. So I think I will get a heating pad on low for the bird, and make a nest for it, then put the nest over the low heating pad somewhere where the kitties and dogs can't get to her, but not somewhere where she might fall off. The bat, though, I think I will leave it in the jug, maybe put leaves in there, careful not to touch it, and leave it in a high place. It's already midnight, and I will try to wake up early tomorrow to check on them. Thank you guys.
Okay guys, I called a guy who takes care of bats, and he's going to come take the bat. The bird however, is still here. I am calling more people about it, but most don't take birds.
The bird and the bat are now in another person's care, one who knows what they're doing. (:
Thank you guys~
