|  i found a dog 30 min ago!!! please help!!?..but it has a tag.....? the dog has a tag but the tag doesnt have her name or the owners or the adress . instead it has the animal control number and number which im guessing is the code that identifies her and owner is there a possible way i can contact the owner using the number code. suree i can call animal control but i have had personal experiences with animal control and i dont believe its the right thing to do ? but if i do will they contact the owner??? HELPP |
