is it safe to take One-A-Day Men's Health Formula and fish oil pills?

I've been taking Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3 6 9 (fish oil pills) this week and i want to add One-A-Day Men's Health Formula. Is this safe? Can i take both of them at the same time or should i take them separately like one during lunch and the other during dinner? I know I should just eat a proper meal but i hate to eat certain food. I also have high blood pressure but my pressure has been back to normal in recent years
oh and can i just stop taking both like cold turkey? or should i gradually slow it down and then none at all. ( in case i want to )

they are both natural dude... vitamins and fish oil are as safe as safe can get... i actually take fish oil capsule (10,000mg per day - 8-10capsules per day) and a sustained release multivitamin... i have done so for years.

as for the diet... none of us gets all the goodness we need.. and more goodness than needed can't be such a bad thing anyway....

natural health supplements like those are mild, they work over the long term and are completely safe
