Does anyone know how to find people that want to breed their Yorkshire Terriers in...

...the area of Charlotte? I have a male Yorkie. His name is Eli. He is up-to-date on everything and has his papers. I don't want to make money I just want another Yorkie from his bloodline. I've tried every kind of search I can think of and nothing comes up. If anyone has any information on how to find local dogs to breed with, please let me know.

Uh huh, and is Eli a breed quality Yorkie who has been shown and is now a champion? Has he had all the necessary health tests and got the clearances to prove he won't pass on diseases etc?
Doesn't sound like it. You may want another dog from him, but is that really worth it if he has some genetic condition he will pass on?
Get another Yorkie from his breeder, then it's still possibly related to him, but would have only been breed if the parents were healthy and weren't going to pass on bad genes.
