My cat twitches a lot, when she's laying down, eyes wide , she seems to spasm, but her breathing isn't labored at all. She doesn't twitch when she's walking around or active, just when she's reclining or in a relaxed state. I took her to a vet to get declawed and he did an awful job. Long story short I took her to another vet to get her properly medicated and they said the vet who declawed her scratched her larynx with the breathing tube he gave her and that's why she breathes strangely. But wouldn't that heal over time? Should I seek a second opinion? I'm nervous about vets now since that first vet did such an awful job with her.
