Use the name a lot when talking to her, eg. good girl, Chloe. Call her by her name right before you feed her, so she associates something good happening when she reacts to her name. Don't ever use her name when she has done something naughty and you are reprimending her. Just say: bad girl,no! but don't use her name. I have read that cats like their names to contain "e", "u", "i" and are more likely to react to them then. My cat's name is Unique and she react to it as if she was a dog. Sometimes she acts like a dog too.. Good luck!
