Why does my friend's cockatiel do this with his toy?
My friend's male cockatiel hangs on his toy. Then he starts chewing and he shakes his toy and makes a weird noise. What does it mean? It's a toy made out of fabric and he hangs on it and bites it and moves it around. And makes a weird noise.
