What does the percent water changes mean?
There are some things that I see on the internet about taking care of fishes that mention something like, "25% water change". What does that mean? Does it mean the temperature or how much water is in the tank? I don't really get it? Can someone explain? Sorry for the newbish question, it just doesn't make any sense to me.Thank you!
