Arrow Is there a way to reduce cockatiel feather dust?

I own a cockatiel that I've had since July 3rd, and I love him to death! The only thing that's bad with him is the dust from his feathers. Indie (my cockatiel) is my family's first bird. We also own a Jack Russell Terrier, and I knew beforehand that cockatiels have the dust, but I wasn't aware that it was this much. My brother has bad allergies, and all the dust is messing with him. For a while, I had to put the cage in our game room (it's a pretty big cage) and now our game room is kind of coated with feather dust, no matter how much we vacuum. I recently bought an air filter (he's back in my room) but unfortunately it's not doing much. I keep my windows when I'm not at home, but whenever I come into my room there's dust flying in the air. I vacuum and sneeze daily... Also, he is still young, and the vet told us that he'll probably have a bit more dust than usual. ...is there any other way to reduce the amount of dust that comes from my cockatiel?
