Housebreaking Puppy Question / Problem?

We are currently housebreaking our 15 week old Siberian husky puppy through crate training. We follow a routine of crating her for 2-4 hours during the day and then exercise her until she is tired before we crate her. She is doing fine during the day as she does not eliminate in the house or the crate during the day. we crate her for the last time in the night at approx 9:30 pm. The problem is that when we crate her for the last time at night she has already pooped in the crate by the time we get up at 5:00 am. We do not wake up during the night to take her. We give her food at around 4:50 pm during the day and that is the last time she gets food or water. This is really the only problem we are having because she does not poop in her crate unless it is for the longer crating session in the night. If anyone could help us with this problem it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
