Arrow Could my horse be going blind?

Im not sure what that bushy, brown part of the eye is called, but I do know that it shouldn't cover the pupil. It covers most of the pupil, but it don't cover a small bit of the ends of it. Could this be the reason shes acting a bit weird. Usually she likes to have a little trot on the trail, but the last two times we took her out, she could care less. So what should I do? If you also have a website I can read about it, that would be great too. Thanks!
