Any info would be helpful!

I bought a puppy, paid for (moneyGram) it in full the paid the shipping from Texas to California, pup was to be sent when she turned 8 weeks of age.
The seller has NOT sent the pup or can I get her to give me a date of when she will! At this point she has not sent me any up dated photo's of her in almost a month.
What can I do????????
