My uncle house have a birds that had been killed and he take all the nasty stuff from the birds and put cottons in them. N decorate them in your house what do you called them?

if he stuffs them he is a taxidermist. the act of stuffing them is called taxidermy

You are talking about taxidermy. I recommend instead of worrying about a dead pigeon though, you worry about your English grammar skills.

It's called taxidermy. Those people mount all sorts of dead animals for display. Some people do this as a hobby and some as a profession.
